Reclaiming Your Life Group
🌿 Reclaiming Your Life🌿
Healing from Emotional, Psychological, Narcissistic & Physical Abuse
An Online Women's Support & Process Group
You are not weak. You are not "crazy." You are not alone.
If you've ever questioned your reality, blamed yourself for someone else's behavior, walked on eggshells, lost your confidence, or wondered why it's so difficult to leave an unhealthy relationship, you're not alone. The effects of emotional abuse often extend far beyond the relationship itself, impacting your self-worth, your nervous system, your ability to trust, and your sense of identity.
Healing is possible—and you don't have to do it alone.
This therapist-led online group provides a compassionate, supportive community of women who understand the unique challenges of recovering from emotional, psychological, narcissistic, and physical abuse. Together, we'll create a safe space to learn, grow, connect, and heal.
💚 Why This Group?
One of the most painful aspects of emotional abuse is that many people simply don't understand it.
Friends and family may ask:
🌿"Why didn't you just leave?" 🌿"Why do you keep going back?"🌿"Why can't you just move on?"
🌿You deserve to be surrounded by people who understand your experience ……without judgment.
This is how you heal!🌿
