💛 Coming This September!

DBT Skills Group for Teens & Young Adults

Learn the skills to manage emotions, build healthy relationships, and create a life worth living.

I'm excited to offer a new online Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group designed specifically for teens and young adults. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship conflict, self-esteem, or simply want to build stronger coping skills, this group provides practical tools that can be used every day.

Participants will learn evidence-based strategies in four core DBT skill areas:

🧠 Mindfulness

Develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while learning to stay present instead of becoming overwhelmed by the past or worrying about the future.

❤️ Emotion Regulation

Learn how to understand emotions, reduce emotional vulnerability, cope with intense feelings, and respond rather than react during stressful situations.

🌊 Distress Tolerance

Develop healthy ways to navigate crises, tolerate distress without making situations worse, and build resilience during life's most challenging moments.

🤝 Interpersonal Effectiveness

Strengthen communication skills, establish healthy boundaries, increase self-confidence, resolve conflict effectively, and build healthier relationships with family, friends, and peers.
